Plain Trolley 1 Ton

Plain Trolley has excellent loading capacity, and can handle a heavy use. It also has steel side plates and built-in safety bumper to increase safety and stability during loads. It is an ideal manual hoist tool and can be used together with other equipments such as chain blocks, electric hoists, etc.

Each trolley includes a Aluminum tag with Serial No. for traceability and an individual inspection certificate in carton.

This hoist trolley is easy to install and adjust by replacing its spacer discs. It can be used in various places including warehouses, garages, factories, mines, tunnels, constructions, etc. Lifting load cargo, equipments and be used with other loading equipments.

Measure the width of the runway beam.

Assemble the suspension plate and required number of spacer washers to the inside of the trolley side plates

The dimension between the trolley wheel flanges should be larger than the beam flange.

Assemble the remaining washers to either side of the trolley side plates, and fit the nuts to the hanger pin.

Finished

With the trolley loosely assembled, spread the side plates allowing the trolley wheels to be placed over the beam flange, so that the trolley will properly sit on the beam.

Tighten the nuts against the washers.
