Geared Beam Trolley is an industrial-grade unit that meets demanding lifting applications. This lightweight and robust geared beam trolley features gearing for positive load positing. Designed to fit most I-, S- and W-Beams, this geared beam trolley has precision ball bearing trolley wheels, anti-drop plate and a durable baked enamel paint for added protection.

Each unit includes a ID tag for identification and an individual test certificate and serial number for traceability. Similar to the Push Trolley the geared version allows a hand chain to be pulled much like on a Chain Block

Normally suited for the movement of chain hoist and other items of lifting equipment, it's ideal for use in garages, workshops, warehouses and other areas where machines are installed or where cargo is lifted, especially places without power equipment to do the work.

Installation of Geared Beam Trolley

Measure the width of the runway beam.

Assemble the suspension plate and required number of spacer washers to the inside of the trolley side plates

The dimension between the trolley wheel flanges should be larger than the beam flange.

Assemble the remaining washers to either side of the trolley side plates, and fit the nuts to the hanger pin.

With the trolley loosely assembled, spread the side plates allowing the trolley wheels to be placed over the beam flange, so that the trolley will properly sit on the beam.
