Load chain is one of the most critical parts of a manual hoist. All alloy hoist load chain is accurately calibrated to ensure the chain can fit in the pocket wheel properly. And chains will be heat treated carefully, which makes chain have a good ductility, wear resistance and toughness. The most general surface can be black oxidation, electrical galvanized (Zinc plated).

Load chain should be inspected daily, weld spatter, a nick, gouge, or stress can greatly reduce the capacity of the load chain. Please inspect your load chain and make sure you always make a safe lift.
