1. Color code, in according with international standard, to validate sling capacity.

2. Each strips equal to 1ton capacity, it is easy to differentiate sling capacity.

3. Clearly print WLL and length on surface of sling.

4. Change-bearing point to add using life.

5. If the core material no break, no loss of strength from abrasion, there is a simpleness way, it is easy to differentiate to decide if the sling is taken away from service or not.

6. 100% polyester has less than 4% extension at rated capacity, and will return originally length, and 8%-11% extension at break.

7. Clearly tag with serial number and a copy of certificate together with one sling.

8. Working temperature range: -40℃-100℃

Round Slings should not be twisted, shortened, lengthened, tied into knots or joined by knotting.

When round Slings are not in use, they should be stored in a cool, dry and dark location. Slings should also be stored in an area free from environmental or mechanical sources of damage, such as: weld spatter, splinters from grinding/machining, heat sources, UV or chemical exposure, etc.

Slings should be kept clean and free of dirt, grime and foreign materials. Mild soap and water can be used to clean slings, but be sure to let the sling dry completely before placing back in service. Do not machine wash as this results in significant loss of sling strength.
