Grade 70 binder chain is one type of tie down chains. It's assembled with g70 transport chain and two clevis grab hook on both ends. With same material and production process of g80 lifting chain, our chain fatigue less, last longer and provide more hooking points for your binders and hooks. This chain is mostly popular in America and Canada. Tie down chain is designed for cargo securement, towing, binding and construction use.

Surface: normally golden galvanized or colorful golden galvanized

Regular Mark: "G70+batch No."

Packing: barrel, box, plastic bucket and provide customized packing design service

WARNING: Do not exceed WLL (working load limit) for any tie down chain.

Inspect chain binder for defects before each use.

Binders should be matched with the equivalent grade of chain.

Tie down chain should be checked and adjusted periodically.

Tie down chain is mainly designed for securing your load. Grade 70 binder chain is specifically for the transportation industry. 

These chains are often called transport chain and are not used for overhead lifting. 

G70 chains are a great choice because of it's durable enough, with high quality and high strength heat treated features.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are factory. We have more than 13 years experience in lifting field. 
Mainly focus on make and provide TOP quality products in a moderate price for our customers.

Q: How do you control the quality of your chains?

A: Generally, there are 4 times breaking test in chain's production.
1. Raw material breaking test before production.
2. Before heat treatment, we will take some samples to do a breaking test.
3. After heat treatment, breaking test is arranged again.
4. After finishing surface treatment, the chain will be tested again to make sure it has a good breaking performance finally.
What's more, our chain is 100% under a proof load testing, used our own designed machine.

Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. 
While the freight cost can be reduced in our later orders if we open our business cooperation.
