Why Stainless Steel Product Still Will Be Rust?

Generally, there are 4 main reasons:
1. In the presence of chloride ions, stainless steel chemically corrodes even more than ordinary low-carbon steel.
2. In solid solution treatment, the alloying elements are not dissolved into the matrix, resulting in low alloy content of the matrix structure and poor corrosion resistance.
3. After 304 stainless steel is deep-processed or processed products are ground, wire-mounted or dot-like dent marks occur on the surface of the product.
4. Intergranular corrosion, the precipitation of carbides in stainless steel may cause stainless steel to produce intergranular corrosion in some environments.
