How Z2 Chains are produced?
Z2 is a factory focuses on manufacturing G80 and higher grade welded chain since 2006. Main products are lifting chains as EN818-2 and ISO3077 standard from 4mm-16mm.
There's hardly such a product like chain, each link determines chain's life. Each link requires 100% correct manufacture procedure. Raw material will be heat treated drawing processed to make sure it will be bent and welded smoothly and successfully. In the bending procedure, the controls of link shape and the treatment of notching, these two parts determine the precision of dimension and welding performance. Two calibrations will be executed, one is before heat treatment and the other is after, which makes the chain has an accurate dimension. The analysis of each material batch, added with experienced heat treatment specialist make sure each batch of chain will have the best tensile strength and elongation performance. Every link will be 100% proof tested, this test with full inspection makes the chain complies with the safety performance.
