Material
The type of steel has been fully killed and fine-grained and heat-treated as hardened and tempered.The steel contain alloying elements in sufficient quantities according to EN818-2 standard, Nickel 0.40%minimum, at least one of the Chromium 0.40% minimum or Molybdenum 0.15% minimum, and Aluminium0.025% minimum to 0.05% Maximum and no more Sulphur and Phosphorous content than the limits whichis 0.025% maximum for T8 and V10 lifting chains. (V400 refer to grade V10 Chain that has minumumelements of Ni 0.70%, Cr 0.50% and Mo 0.30% as requirements of AS2321:2014 standard.)All material come from the steel manufactory will be inspected and tested.Surface Inspection, HardenessCheck, Stress Test and Elements Analysis have to be processed in manufactory quality control systems.Defect materials will be rejected and replaced.Economic type of steel available upon request.
