All G80 long link chains are heat treated to meet the standard required breaking strength. At the end of production process, 100% chains are under proof load testing with 2.5 times of working load limit (WLL.) strength. And all chains will be embossed at every several links with a Grade Mark or Batch Mark for purpose of traceability.
Feature
1. Manufactured in a long link 6d (pitch=6x diameter)
2. Highest quality lower tensile steel available for lashing/ fishing purpose with a design factor of 4:1.
3. The surface can be painted in Yellow, Blue or Black. Electrical Galvanized or Hot Dip Galvanized is also available.
4. Proof load tested, Certification supplied for minimum breaking load requirements.
5. Generally Grade Mark+ ID/Batch Mark
6. Not a decorative chain

This G80 long link fishing chain generally is packed in steel drum with iron pallet. Special packing is also available.
